Andrea is a mother of 4, who loves to bake (and eat) as well as read when she has the time. She has worked in the field of autism spectrum disorders and challenging behaviours for 28 years.
Vision
Andrea uses a parent-first, emotional-regulation, trauma-informed approach to managing conflict and responding to challenging behaviours based on Dr. Bailey's work, Conscious Discipline.
